The gutter on the building had been damaged and replaced several times throughout the previous winters. After inspecting the situation M. Smith Roofing, calculated the gutters were not proper size and proposed a new apron box gutter and a snow guard. The new improvements have lasted through the winter without any need of repair or ice clean-outs.
