Facilities manager had a nuisance leak that had been temporally repaired by others. The metal panel system had started to rust, leaving pin holes in system. M. Smith Roofing filled the flutes with EPS and installed an EPDM system over the area. This is a long term solution without the cost of replacing the entire roof, with an option of recovering the remaining roof at a later date.
